ULTRANATIONALISM [1/29/10]
| Quote: | Busy week, hella sorry. I do have an enormous amount of shit to post about though.
First things first. I told Devan Day I'd get this up last week, before his show at Arcata Theater Lounge, so I wanted to apologize for my
tardiness.
If you're a fan of electronic music, check out Devan Day's twenty minute long Glitchstep Mix. I've given it a few listens over the last week and it's
a head bopper for sure. It shouldn't take you more than a minute or two to download it and I promise you won't regret it.

We also got some work sent in from Alister Dippner. The gentleman has sent pencil and painting pieces in the past, but this time around he's sent in
some photos of a sculpture he's done.
The sculpture was done in clay and Alister, very briefly, said on the forums he's "trying to take all my paintings and make them come alive with
clay."
It's nice to see continuity between his sculpture work and his other artistic ventures. Click here to see Alister Dippner's gallery.
Good work friend.
I've also watched two documentaries about the macroeconomics and brutality involved in cocaine dealing.
If you have the time, I whole heartedly recommend you check out the Cocaine Cowboy series.
The first movie details the cocaine scene in Miami in the early 80s and the second movie walks you through the crack epidemic in Oakland in the late
80s and early 90s.
I thought it was extremely interesting to see how well planned out everything was and to see the kind of life styles these people were living.
Mainstream society tends to regard drug dealers as riff raff and what not, but these documentaries show intelligent and thorough they can be.
A lot of them are still murdering scoundrels, but they are intelligent and thorough murdering scoundrels.
You can get the series on Netflix if you have it.
You know the drill. Hit up the submission forums or email me at codyconners@getfuckedon.com if you want to have your work hosted.
